Level Measurement in Fly Ash Silos

In various industrial facilities such as thermal power plants, heating plants, food facilities, chemical plants, textile factories, fly ash and slag are formed as a result of the burning of solid fuels such as coal for heat production. The resulting fly ashes and blast furnace slag are used as pozzolan material in the construction sector, especially in concrete production.

Non-Contact Measurement with MICROPULS 58

With its horn or parabolic antenna system, it is the ideal radar sensor for the measurement of especially partial solids under the most difficult conditions. The electronic amplifier is configured for harsh conditions and is powered by three separate amplifiers. In this way, the MICROPULS 58 is the most powerful sensor capable of measuring up to 70m in all particulate solids such as cement, aggregate, plastic, coal, lime, minerals, sawdust, chips, food powders, feed, grain, granules, especially in dusty environments.

Non-Contact Measurement with MICROPULS 59

MICROPULS 59 is particularly ideal for measuring partial solids under harsh conditions. The electronic amplifier is configured for difficult conditions. This makes the MICROPULS 59 the most effective radar sensor for measuring distance, especially in dusty environments. Thanks to this feature, it is the ideal sensor for the measurement of all particulate solids such as cement, aggregate, plastic, coal, lime, mineral, sawdust, chip, food powders, feed, grain, granules and similar products up to 15m.

Prevent overflow with MICROCAP

It is a capacitive type bar level bolt used for empty and full condition control in silos, tanks, boilers, bunkers and similar reserve areas of solid or liquid materials. It can be used in metal or concrete bunkers, especially in extremely dusty silos, cement, aggregate, plastic, coal, lime, mine, feed, grain, granular and powder products and almost all liquids.
