As the production and harvest times of the fruits are different from each other, not all fruits are available in all seasons. It is very important that the fruits ripen in the natural season both in terms of taste and in terms of the formation of useful substances such as vitamins and minerals it contains. Storing this resulting juice intact is both very expensive and risky. For this reason, most of the water contained in it is evaporated and turned into 'fruit juice concentrate'. This process is carried out under vacuum and at low temperature, preserving the 'essence' of the fruit juice at a very high rate.
The level of tanks in which fruit juice concentrate is stored must be measured in a non-contact manner due to hygiene conditions. Since these tanks are also washed with chemicals such as acid and caustic, the sensor to be used must also be resistant to these chemicals.
MICROPULS 57L is ideal for the measurement of particularly aggressive liquids under harsh conditions. Due to the fact that the antenna mouth is fully closed, it is a preferred model especially in hygienic applications. In this way, the MICROPULS 57L is the most effective radar level sensor according to the measuring distance in food tanks, reactor tanks, dosing tanks and similar steam and humid environments that require internal washing. With this feature, it is the ideal radar sensor for measuring up to 35m in all kinds of food and semi-food products, chemical mixtures, aggressive substances such as acids and caustics and all similar liquids.
