Lime Silo

Clinker is a coarse-grained material formed from the combination of baked clay and limestone during cement production. These silos, which are around 50m in length, are extremely dusty, making continuous level measurement difficult.

With its horn or parabolic antenna system, it is the ideal radar sensor for the measurement of especially partial solids under the most difficult conditions. The electronic amplifier is configured for harsh conditions and is powered by three separate amplifiers. In this way, the MICROPULS 58  is the most powerful sensor capable of measuring up to 70m in all particulate solids such as cement, aggregate, plastic, coal, lime, minerals, sawdust, chips, food powders, feed, grain, granules, especially in dusty environments.

It is a capacitive type of bar level bolt used for empty and full condition control in silos, tanks, boilers, bunkers and similar reserve areas of solid or liquid materials. It can be used in metal or concrete bunkers, especially in extremely dusty silos, cement, aggregate, plastic, coal, lime, mine, feed, grain, granular and powder products and almost in all liquids.
