The Microflow 61D flow measurement and control device is a wall-type device that indicates instant and total flow amounts and can be used in conjunction with a transmitter with current output.
The current flow on the device is shown as 4-digit in the upper indicator, and the total flow is shown as 6-digit in the under indicator. The device has 2 relay outputs, the first relay is used for instant flow warning and the second relay output can be used to get pulse. When the instant flow exceeds the set value, a warning is displayed with the first relay output. The device's second relay can be used to get 500 milliseconds of pulses at the adjusted flow values. These pulse values can be used in PLC control systems to monitor and control the total flow. In addition, this output serves to send signals to the sampling device on processes, where a sampling device needs to be operated at certain flow values. Furthermore, the RS485 communication line on the device provides monitoring and configuring of instant data and parameters of device.
