MICROVIB 57 is a fork type vibrating level switch used specifically to protect against overflow and idle operation in tanks and storage areas of granulated and grain structured solids like cement, sand, coal, flour and salt. Piezoelectric structure is used to ensure drive and detection in the MICROVIB 57 vibrating level switch. The piezoelectric structure allows the end fork part of the sensor to vibrate at a resonance frequency of approximately 360Hz. As the sensor's resonance frequency will be reducted when the vibration fork is covered up with material, the electronic module detects this amplitude and converts it into a switching output signal.
Advantages
- Robust and maintenance-free
- Easy installation
- High reliability
