MICROSPIN 11, motorized level switch with rotary pedal is used for level control in silo, tanks and warehouses where solid materials in granular and dust are stored. The full and empty signal can be obtained by checking the level in many applications with different types of diving sizes and pedals. The signal can be connected horizontally or vertically according to the point of interest.
In MICROSPIN 11 rotary paddle switch, which can be mounted on a tank or silo, micro motor, through a clutch, drives the rotation of a transmission shaft on which a paddle is assembled. When the spinning paddle is not contacted with measured material, the motor is in normal rotation; when the paddle is covered by measured material, the motor stops rotating and its power is switched off automatically. At the same time, a switching signal is generated by a detection device to control the process of material transport /delivery.
