Microflow 61D flow measurement and control device is a wall-mounted device that can be used in conjunction with a transmitter with a current output, showing instantaneous and total flow quantities. The instant flow on the device is shown in the 4-digit top indicator, and the total flow is shown in the 6-digit lower indicator. The device has 2 relay outputs and the 1st relay can be used to receive instant flow warning and 2nd relay output to obtain pulse. When the instantaneous flow exceeds the settled value, a warning is given by the 1st relay output. The device's 2nd relay can be used to receive 500millisecond pulses at set flow values. Total flow monitoring and control can be provided by using these pulse values in control systems such as PLC. In addition, this output can be used to send signals to the sampler in processes where a sampler is required to be operated at certain flow values. Furthermore, instant data and parameters of the device can be monitored and configured with the RS485 communication line integrated in the device.
