Fixed Type Composite Sampling Device

The MICROSAMPLER 10B® device is a fixed type composite sampling unit that can take samples from industrial wastewater, factory drains and manholes, valleys, water channels and all kind of liquids that need to be examined. Smart type of electronic control unit with microprocessor can be programmed time based in order to take samples, is able to make multiple or single purchases and can work with external pulses.

Thanks to the suction line with cleanable type stainless filter, the particles in the wastewater are prevented from reaching the pump and damaging the special hose. Thanks to the easy Turkish menu interface and keypad, the sample quantity, sampling intervals and when the first sample will be taken can be programmed by the user. After taking each sample the pump drains the water remained in the suction hose by working in reverse and allows the line to remain clear for the next sample. Reverse operating time can be adjusted according to the suction hose length. Due to the level switch as standard, an early warning will be given when the sample container is full to prevent overflowing. In the meantime, it also gives an alarm output.
