Wastewater from industrial activities is sent to the treatment plant through a sewage system. In large sewage systems, water levels are monitored and kept under control at key points.
Due to the many solid waste materials and particles on the wastewater, laser or ultrasonic sensors do not work efficiently in such applications.
MICROPULS 61 is a fully enclosed radar level sensor that meets all expectations with its IP68 protection class, especially in open areas, in the measurement of stream, river, lake and dam levels, in water channels, wastewater and clean water facilities, in facilities where the sensor is likely to be under water and require high sealing. When necessary, it is used in liquid tanks such as chemicals, oils, solutions, and in all liquid and process tanks that are not overpressure and excessively hot with flange connection. The sensor can also be used for flow measurement in all kinds of open channels such as Parshall, Rectangular weir, V Notch thanks to the flow table inside.
